Job Description:
- Ensures that all warranty claims are handled efficiently and are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Quality control walk throughs
- Communicate from project completion through the warranty period
- Scheduling and timely completion of warranty claim repairs
- Throughout warranty period. document claims and manage the subcontractors responsiveness and results
Job Requirements:
- Residential construction experience with warranty experience preferred
- Knowledge of water instruction and water proofing systems a plus
- Valid drivers license with current insurance
- Attention to detail with exceptional communications skills
- Strong MS Office experience/skills important
