Job Description:
• Work with Lead Designers and Home Owners during the early stages of projects
• Manage field crew and subcontractors schedules for timely completion
• Communicate conflicts or revisions associated with the project prior to execution
• Provide updated schedules to the clients and lead installers
• Walk all projects multiple times a week to monitor progress, accuracy, cleanliness, and safety
Job Requirements:
• 3+ years Construction Project Management experience (preferably Residential Construction)
• Ability to understand and interpret architectural and structural plans
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers, vendors and employees at all levels of the
organization
• Intermediate computer skill levels required
• Good problem solving abilities important
