Job Description:
$60,0000 to $70,000 /per year with additional bonus pay of 10% to 20%.

Summary: Looking for an organized, motivated person of high integrity and good work ethic to sell aftermarket parts and retrofit wheels.
As an Aftermarket Sales Manager your responsibilities will include:
1) Part Sales
- Respond to all inbound sales calls.
- Determine parts requirement through, drawings, manuals and our database.
- Write up and follow-up orders. (approx. 7 per day)
- Make outbound calls to customers who have not bought in a while.
- Make outbound sales calls from the database for new blast wheel sales.
2) Part Sales Manager & Business Development.
- Run the aftermarket department like a business.
- Review and use the management reports:
- Monthly order volume report
- Monthly parts profitability report
- Know the market and price products based on the market.
- Potentially expand our products into competitor parts.
3) Wheel retrofit sales of new products.
- Parts volume grows organically 9% annually, so +10% would be expected.
- Order requirements are diagnosed accurately.

Job Requirements:
- 3+ years in Sales in an Industrial or Manufacturing environment (preferred)
- Some computer experience
- Honesty, integrity, good work ethic
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good thinking skills
