SUMMARY:
A growing Oil & Gas company in downtown Wichita, KS is looking for a
strong financial and production accountant to join their team!
Responsibilities:
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable posting
- Field phone calls from owners regarding questions about JIB's and/or
revenue - Work with pumpers to make sure gauge reporting is up to date
- Monitor and provide management with detail on outstanding A/R
- Revenue distribution and data entry
- Bank reconciliations
- Administrative support work such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Production accounting
- Severance tax filings and administration
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in accounting or comparable field
- 2+ years experience in the oil and gas industry
- Experience using Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Outlook, and
Word - Experience using WolePak, QuickBooks, and PetroBase would be preferable
